AS-BUILT SURVEYING

As-built surveys are designed to show all improvements to the land at any given time.

As-built surveys are compared to the original design to ensure that all improvements are conforming to the proposed site plan. These surveys are extremely important as they capture and record any variations from original engineered plans. They are also one of the only surveys in which the locations of new or replaced utilities are shown.
